I'm toying with the idea of going the thin client w/freenas route. reading posts here make it seem like not such a bad idea. currently i have my music on a NAS and slimserver on an old pc with the NAS music drives accessed by slimserver.
I think I am reading that if I go the thin client/freenas route, I woun't be able to mount the nas music drive to slimserver on freenas but instead I have to install the hardrive in the freenas machine. Is that correct?
