Hi, I am running debian etch.
A few days ago I installed the unstable version of squeezecenter and since then my squeezebox became so sluggish that it has become unusable :-( No problem I thought, simply revert back to the stable (7.2) version. However when I put "deb http://debian.slimdevices.com stable main" back in my sources.list this is what is happening: (of course I first run a "apt-get update") hammie:~# apt-get upgrade Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded. hammie:~# apt-get install squeezecenter --reinstall Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done Reinstallation of squeezecenter is not possible, it cannot be downloaded. 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded. hammie:~# So what is going on here? How can I reinstall the debian 7.2 version of squeezecenter? Any help would be appreciated.. regards, Ronald -- tingtong5 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tingtong5's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9671 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=52483 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
