So what you did very much cleared any cache. Either it's in your browser cache, or the tag isn't fully fixed. This happens a lot with mp3 tags because of the id3v1 vs id3v2 issues. And sometimes you can have duplicate tag frames. I would try another tagging program to try cleaning it up.
