Do you have a lot of logging enabled?  It's also set to rotate if the
log gets bigger than 200k, although I'm not sure where that number came
from.  If you look at the contents of /var/log/squeezecenter you should
be able to tell if logs are being rotated daily.  You could also delete
the /etc/logrotate.d/squeezecenter file for a day or 2 and see if the
problem persists.
