Hi, does anybody know how to broadcast all the audio on a linux computer
out on an audio stream which could then be played through squeezecenter.

I currently have my computer connected to some crappy speakers. It
would be great when I occasionally want to listen to some audio on my
computer (like when watching news online) that I could bypass the
speakers and output the audio directly to the squeezebox which is
connected to a decent stereo and sounds much better. In squeezecenter
it is quite easy to tune into a url. So if the computer could broadcast
all audio on something like localhost:someport/stream.mp3 then I'd be
very happy.

Does anybody know how to achieve this. Thanks
