I am on it to make it work with 7.3+. The problem is that the custom conversions do not work as before, after a format change of the data. I changed the conversion template, but their is a bug in the new conversion logic. See the thread http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=54331 I am still waiting for a reply and fix it as soon as possible for 7.3+. You can edit the template_custom-convert.conf and try it with something like: mp3 flc * $CLIENT_MAC_ADDRESS$ # F: [sox] -t mp3 $FILE$ -t raw -r 44100 -c 2 -w -s - | $PLUGIN_PATH$/brutefirwrapper $CLIENT_MAC_ADDRESS$ $FULL_FILTER_PATH$ 44100 | [flac] -cs -0 --totally-silent --endian=little --sign=signed --channels=2 --bps=24 --sample-rate=44100 - flc flc * $CLIENT_MAC_ADDRESS$ # F:{BITRATE=%d}T:{START=--skip=%t}U:{END=--until=%v} [flac] -dcs --force-raw-format --endian=little --sign=signed $START$ $END$ -- $FILE$ | $PLUGIN_PATH$/brutefirwrapper $CLIENT_MAC_ADDRESS$ $FULL_FILTER_PATH$ $BITRATE$ | [flac] -cs -0 --totally-silent --endian=little --sign=signed --channels=2 --bps=24 --sample-rate=44100 - Note the "--sample-rate=44100" for flac. You cannot use $BITRATE$ because a variable is only replaced once. So we cannot support different samplerates. The good thing is that sox takes care of different sample-rates for mp3. -- Klaas Creator of *BrutefirDrc* see http://klaasprause.com/brutefirdrc Hardware: Squeezebox v3 with digital out tweaking and custom power supply, Tact TDA2200 Digital Amplifier, MBL 311-D Speaker ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Klaas's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=8026 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=31620 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
