How are you installing? I assume you're using http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/DebianPackage
Have you done an apt-get update and upgrade? I've installed on hardy (desktop and server) a couple of times and it was completely painless. My Boom and Duet find squeezecenter no problem at all. However if you can't get to the web interface on your laptop, then it suggests that squeezecenter isn't starting or isn't installed for some reason. I'd try reinstalling; sudo apt-get remove --purge squeezecenter sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade reboot if a new kernel is installed, then sudo apt-get install squeezecenter -- Lem ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Lem's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=22702 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=58520 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
