Yeah that is the right format, and I knew that.... once. Thanks for reminding me. I'll give it a try, I know it works with some other players in Windows.
FYI I can load Softsqueeze OK in Puppy, but all java stuff is sluggish.... Puppy is a very lightweight OS, designed to run on older hardware and it's so small it makes older hardware run pretty fast. So my old P-III notebook runs great under puppy, but when I try to run Softsqueeze it's bog slow, kind of defeats the purpose of using puppy on old (cheap) hardware. gxine is fast, however, so if I can use it to play the stream, I can use a web browser to slect my tracks etc. Thanks. -- milosz ------------------------------------------------------------------------ milosz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11057 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=60347 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
