Yeah that is the right format, and I knew that.... once.  Thanks for
reminding me.  I'll give it a try, I know it works with some other
players in Windows.

FYI  I can load Softsqueeze OK in Puppy, but all java stuff is
sluggish.... Puppy is a very lightweight OS, designed to run on older
hardware and it's so small it makes older hardware run pretty fast.  So
my old P-III notebook runs great under puppy, but when I try to run
Softsqueeze it's bog slow, kind of defeats the purpose of using puppy
on old (cheap) hardware.

gxine is fast, however, so if I can use it to play the stream, I can
use a web browser to slect my tracks etc.
