Hello

Is there any better NAS linux? I use thin client t5710 as hardware. I
think it would be better to install squeeze center on normall linux
than in FreeNAS. FreeNAS has very big problems to work at all. It mixes
my disks at every reboot, like pendrive with 60GB disk. Hot Plug I think
has also problems to work, some random kernel problems and not working
ACPI (I must wait at every start up to choose disabling ACPI). Of
course NTFS support shouldn't be included in distro.

I try to run on Freenas 0.69, slimnas 1.2 with squeeze center
7.3.2...no-CPAN.tgz, and also 7.1. Perl never showed up running, nor
mysqld. I used step by step instructions from Slimnas author. Have
anyone mixed these version of software? Can anyone suggest a working
set of software?
