I'd boot a rescue cd & run fsck manually.

If you look at the man pages for fsck and fsck.ext2, it'll tell you how
to run fsck in interactive mode & how to fix a bad superblock if that is
the problem.

_BUT_ you need to check the exact error message first, googling for
"superblock nags a bit" doesn't get very far ;)
