Most of those logging setting are for SS 6.5 and are not valid for 7.x Use WebGUI Settings/Advanced/Logging and set player.source to INFO (or possibly DEBUGU). To keep the settings between startups and also to see startup processing make sure you check the box labelled "Save logging settings for use at next application restart" in the same tab.
