I just migrated to 7.4 in hopes to regain access to my 24/48 flacs... I miss them :) This was a fairly extensive effort in FreeBSD but after grappling for a couple of hours I got it working.
Unfortunately, my 24/48 flacs are still down sampled to 44.1Khz. Is this still the only bit rate supported? I thought there was a bug fix in 7.4 to support $BITRATE$ but manually updating custom-convert.conf yields -usage: brutefirwrapper client_id filter rate- in the brutefir log. I am probably missing something here but have not been able to find it. Also, does a unique filter need to be created for each different bit rate since "sampling_rate" appears to be hard coded? Maybe there is a work around here. BTW - I just use equalization and have not implemented room correction.
