I've had to build myself a new server, after a few issues with the old
faithful one that had been running Fedora 8 for a good while.

I've installed Squeezecenter from squeezecenter-7.3.2-1.noarch.rpm and
it's working OK apart from AlienBBC and the iPlayer plugin.

If I start the service from the command line, i.e.
service squeezecenter start
then try and listen to Alien BBC, I get all sorts of mplayer(?) output

appearing to my ssh session - the sort of stuff which looks like it
ought to be going to a log file, like this:

Streaming: Launching mplayer -really-quiet -vc null -vo null -cache
128 -af volume=0,resample=44100:0:1,channels=2 -ao pcm:file=/dev/fd/3
mms://wmlive-acl.bbc.co.uk/wms/bbc_ami/radio1/radio1_bb_live_eq1_sl0?BBC-UID=e42a4361589868dd53ee835bc1f27066010957d2f0f0c164848f440683eaa99a&SSO2-UID=
MPlayer 1.0rc1-4.1.2 (C) 2000-2006 MPlayer Team

(etc)

I didn't install mplayer - I guess it was already installed as part of
the Fedora 10 installation.

Just wondering if there's anything obvious I've missed? It's been a
while since I had to install any of this, it's always just worked :)

Thanks

Jon.
