After a little digging, I did a yum update squeezecenter, which worked.
However, the yum install squeezecenter fails because it deems
squeezecenter to be obsolete in favor of squeezeboxserver.

So, how can I recover back to where I was?

Squeezeboxserver doesn't "just start up". As far as I can tell. Maybe I
can get it running. How would I do that? My attempt to execute
/usr/libexec/squeezeboxserver failed due to numerous dependencies that
are unresolved.
