You probably need to create a 'mount' point to the windows share. Edit your /etc/fstab file to have the drive mounted at startup. Then, as everyone has suggested, create symbolic links within /home/bill/music to all your music locations: ln -s /mount/myWindows/music0 ln -s /var/music1 ln -s /usr/music2 etc..
