My player does not seem to complete the update. I constantly get this message in my s server gui "The software in your player needs to be updated to the latest version....hold brightness key" etc etc.
running Version: 7.5.1 - r30836 on ubuntu 10.10 I'm currently going through another update, so I can't confirm my player software.
