I'm trying to set up Inguz on a UNIX/Linus NAS (QNAP TS-509 Pro). The NAS is souped up with an Intel Dual Core 2.8GHz CPU (Intel E7400) and 4GByte of RAM - so it has plenty of 'grunt' and should handle Inguz without a problem.
Following the Inguz installation guide and with some assistance from Phil Leigh, I'm able to get most of it running. The SbS interface is working, Mono is being called correctly and there are no errors in the Inguz error file. When I change the filetype to flac/Inguz or sox/Inguz (using Phils custom-convert.conf) there is no audio output. The only relevant SbS error from the log seems to be: /share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/SSOTS/var/home/SqueezeboxServer/Bin/i386-linux/sox FAIL sox: `-' error writing output file: Broken pipe It's been suggested this could be an issue with InguzDSP.exe Any assistance appreciated from all you Unix/Linux guru's out there :) TIA Bob -- bobertuk 1 x Touch - SC 7.6.0 - SSOTS v4.91 1 x Radio 1 x Boom Lavry DA-10 DAC QNAP TS-509 3.3.6 build 1110T Starfish Pre-amp : Based on NAIM Heavily modified NAIM NAP 250 Power-amp Behringer DEQ2496 Linn Isobarik DMS ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bobertuk's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=30376 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=87940 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
