I've been using it at work for a long time, and just set up my home box with it. I've had exactly the same issues with UUIDs vs sd*, and just go with UUIDs. That is a bit of a pain. I have found 10.10 to be a lot more stable than any previous ubuntus (I've also had some issues with 11.04: my officemate claims that x.04 releases suck, and that one should only use x.10 releases-- essentially that they push x.04 out the door too early, and get it right on x.10). I agree that things seem to go better with fresh installs. -- totoro sb3 -> mccormack dna .5 -> audio physic tempo 4 + rel storm 3 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ totoro's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=5935 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=87871 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
