SqueezePlay is designed to be used via its graphical user interface (well, even though the graphics are all text-based menus...). So controlling it on a "headless" Dockstar is likely to be challenging.
You may be better off installing squeezeslave. It runs from the command line, and then you can control it via your smartphone.
