The screenshot is too small for me to see anything useful. You're an experienced user, so you have done a rescan for new and changed, right? And when that didn't work you did a full clear-and-rescan, right?
Next thing I'd do is check the file permissions. I've had times when copying new files over to my server they didn't get the permissions I expected them to get, so that LMS couldn't read them.
