Hi you start the picoreplayer menu by:
1 If connected to the raspberry by keyboard and monitor - write
picoreplayer
2. If the raspberry only is connected via a LAN cable, then from another
computer use SSH (via putty). Username=tc and password nosoup4u. When
you are connected write picoreplayer.

You will then see the following menu:

"1) Download and update Squeezelite Player"
"2) Use Audio from 3.5 jack, with default settings"
"3) Insert USB DAC and press ENTER to get a list of available ALSA
device"
"4) Change Squeezelite settings - on next screen provide the options you
will use, like USB device, Player name etc"

"5) Restart Squeezelite with the new settings"

"6) Setup wifi"
"7) Reboot - If you need to"
"8) Make a backup of additional changes"
"9) Exit menu program"

If you don't know the name of your ALSA card, then use 3. It will output
the different possibilities.

Next use option 4, and use something like:
For the one in your hall:
-o "whatever you found using option 3" -n hall -a 80:4 -m -m
ab:cd:ef:12:34:56
and for the one in kitchen:
-o "whatever you found using option 3" -n kitchen -a 80:4 -m -m
ab:cd:ef:12:34:57

If you have several raspberries at different places I think you might
need to give them unique mac address by using the -m option

After changing any squeezelite settings, the player needs to be
restarted before the new settings are used. Therefore youse option 5.

When finished exit the menu by option 9.
