Triode suggested I try: ALSA PARAMS = :::0 I just confirmed that this prevents the issue I was having with a buzzing noise after 23 minutes of playing 96kHz or 50 minutes of 44.1kHz flac. Verified on R3. Wireless interface HDMI audio out.
