Hi Clive, I am currently keeping this document up to date on my dropbox https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/298351/Community%20Squeeze%20FAQs.pdf , I'm up to v0.93 at the moment. The source file is currently a word file, but if it makes it easier I can convert to plain text or html and put that on my dropbox as well. I am sure Acrobat will be able to generate the PDF from txt or html.
