Three new major features, check it out in the User group:

I released a new version of BrutefirDrc on Sourceforge:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/brutefirdrc/files

I bumped the version number to 4, because it adds three new features:
Use the same filter configured by yourself for different sampling rates.
Just use the name pattern [filtername][samplerate].[extension] for all
filter that belong together. For playback the brutefirwrapper checks
first if a filter for the sampling rate exists only if no filter exists
it resamples the existing filter with the old logic. You have to make
sure that the filter is correctly configured for the sampling rate. An
example: my filter is soft.txt. I exported the filter with Audiolense to
all sampling rates and created one filter configuration per sampling
rate. I named them soft44100.txt, soft48000.txt, soft88200.txt and
soft96000.txt. Just selected any of these filter for the player and it
will work.
Added soft replay gain feature, to prevent attenuation via replay gain
and the lose of bit depth. Additionally you do not have to raise the
amplipfier volume for replay gain. You should select a replay gain
baseline, i.e. the default -7 is sensible for my music library. The
baseline defines what replaygain factor is already applied at max
volume. If you have tracks with a replay gain of 0 and a baseline of -7
they will be too quiet at max volume.
Replay gain loudness factors added to fine tune the level of loudness
based on the replay gain of for playback. You can select to use less
replay gain for tracks with a lot of replay gain, i.e. more than -9dB.
This tracks are often quite boomy if a lot of loudness is applied to
them. Now it is possible to define the loudness factor in percent for
replay gain ranges. I put the default values I use and like at home into
the configuration.

Have fun!
