You mean, "tsflags=repackage"? Not quite as simple as you might think. yum is being run as root, which means that if you have run out of disk space, you really have run out of disk space, root having used the reserved percentage. yum probably won't run again without diskspace being cleared manually, /var/tmp and yum cache.
