You clearly have plenty of WiFi signal strength and no hardware issues.
So, I am thinking it must be a configuration issue. Try

cat /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-wlan0

and report back the results. I want to double-check the saved WiFi
settings.
Then try

sudo cat /var/log/wpa_supplicant.log
--------------------
and report that back.
You should also try

sudo cat /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/keys-wlan0
--------------------
but no need to post the results! Just verify that the secret password
is what you think it should be.
