Dear Triode,
Let me first thank you, from the bottom of my heart (ears) for your work
on EDO and this headless implementation. I am an LMS user running of a
Synology NAS w 4TB high-res music and given Logitech's shameless lack of
support I don't see 7.8 coming along anytime soon, if anyone has ideas
on manually installing it on a Synology platform, please let me know.
I would like to use the current 7.7.2 server version and send 192/24 bit
high res files to a squeezelite instance running on a Mac OSX 10.8, I've
downloaded the 1.1 version of your program and it works like a charm,
when receiving 24/96 material, transcoded serverside to pcm.
My problem starts when I want to stream the flac without transcoding
from the server and have the client (the mac in this case) decode flac
to pcm and thus via USB out to the dac. I get the following errors in
the log:

[21:46:44.987119] decode_init:101 init decode
[21:46:44.987324] load_faad:534 dlerror: dlopen(libfaad.2.dylib, 2):
image not found
[21:46:44.987481] load_vorbis:216 dlerror: dlopen(libvorbisidec.1.dylib,
2): image not found
[21:46:44.987634] load_flac:175 dlerror: dlopen(libFLAC.8.dylib, 2): no
suitable image found. Did find:
/usr/local/lib/libFLAC.8.dylib: no matching architecture in universal
wrapper
[21:46:44.987652] register_pcm:191 using pcm

I gather that my FLAC installation on the mac is somehow not compatible
with the one squeezelite would like to see, but how do I proceed from
here?

Great work!
