You know that you can freely change the name of your piCorePlayer to whatever you want, like kitchen, room1 and lounge, also you can give it any mac address you want. Use the picoreplayer menu script, then choose option 4. for a different name you need to use the squeezelite settings -n something like -n kitchen . If you will change the mac address you use squeezelite sitting -m ab:cd:ef:12:34:56 So a string in option 4 could be something like: -o plughw:CARD=Set,DEV=0 -n kitchen -m ab:cd:ef:12:34:56 Off course this will depend on your USB-DAC if you use it.
