With a freshly minted R6 dual image, I booted from cold with all my
usual connections already made (ethernet, HDMI, a USB hub with FLIRC,
wireless keyboard adapter and a Musical Fidelity VLink-192) and the
screen booted up with the jivelite language selection screen and
instantly froze. I.e., neither my keyboard nor my FLIRC remote could
interact with Jivelite. I think this is the same as what happened last
night, except that it froze before it could display anything.

By contrast, if I boot up (with yet another fresh image) with only my
wireless keyboard adapter plugged in, all is well. Jivelite starts right
up in the language selection screen and moves on to the skin selection
next. This is why others have rightly said, "works for me!"
