No, I didn't expect it would be resolved by a new image. All I was trying to get at, was that if the behaviour with regard to firmware loading, was worse on the WB, compared to a desktop Linux PC, we should try and figure out why. lintweaker wrote: > Ideas / tips for resolving this will of course be greatly appreciated! At the risk of getting a slap round the head, my suggestion would to be to buy a DAC that is UAC2 compliant, and doesn't require 3 firmware uploads every time it is powered on, before it is possible to use it in USB2 mode. This does sound particularly horrible, (if I understand correctly what is going on here), .... Upload firmware 1, disconnect from bus, reconnect to bus, upload firmware 2, disconnect from bus, reconnect to bus, upload firmware 3, disconnect from bus, reconnect to bus, now ready to play music. Does this work perfectly under Window$ with their driver? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JackOfAll's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3069 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98544 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
