I can't speak to your setup exactly, but I've found that my two
Raspberry Pis are generally a little slower than my desktop players
(SqueezePlay). I had to go into the Logitech Media Server Settings
>Player > Synchronize > Player Audio Delay (ms) and change it to about
75 or 80ms. I still get a constant but subtle shift in timing, almost
like one player is moving closer to me, then further away, but I no
longer have problems with echoing. I hope that helps you!

I don't know if this is a problem with LMS or with Squeezelite but I
don't remember the synchronizing issues being as bad when I was using
Airfoil.
