To make your drive accesible through samba you will need to edit the
file /etc/samba/smb.conf  (I use nano from a SSH terminal) .  

You will find someway down in the file a section named [Music].  Under
this is a 'path = ****' 

Edit the path to match the location that your USB drive mounts to. 

Once edited the samba configuration will automatically update after a
couple of minutes.  You should then be able to access the Music share
from a Windows machine through the network - the Wandboard should be
visible as a network node (if you want to access from a Mac or Linux
machine it is a little more involved).
