Thanks Triode.

After a bit of experimenting got the TE7022 going with the command:

squeezelite -n SqueezeliteRPi -o sysdefault:CARD=DAC

I did try -r 48000 but that was unnecessary in the end.

Bit of digging and it looks like "setup" had generated "-o CARD=DAC" in
the options (without sysdefault), that did not seem to work.

I guess I update  etc/default/squeezelite options to the line I entered
above to make it permanent?

Strangely when I use the same USB DAC with my Wandboard and Squeezelite
the output is quite a bit lower than with the Raspberry Pi. Any thoughts
as to why that would be? ALSA settings?
