Thanks for your help Roland0. I had already tried to comment out those lines and that didn't work, I received more error messages. As I was working up a reply with those new error messages I came across a site that mentioned repairing perl via cpan -> upgrade. Once that finished I tried to restart LMS and it returned a completely different error message. Then I just simply thought that I would try to start over with a fresh -reinstall of LMS and it's back up and running!
