Allow FolderInfo handlers to be browsed into.
Allow folder info handlers to return xmlbrowser hashes which can be
browsed into, persist the returned feed for the session and browse into
it as otherwise we return with bad params when browsing into a feed.
Allow proxying local image files.
Fix error handler: the first passed value is not the $http object, but
the error message already.
Bug 18050 - fix duration and bitrate display when using format strings.
Sometimes we need to format the raw data fields (eg. seconds -> m:ss).
Silence a noisy backtrace: only complain about falling back to single
audio dir when there actually is more than one defined.
Skip trying to map xml/html code to file paths. Playlist parsers often
do this when they fail to fetch a playlist and receive an error page
instead.
