I'm running F19 Release 1, updated to Release 2 level via yum on a wandboard dual. I just installed the latest version of squeezelite and jivelite. When I restarted the wandboard sqeezelite failed. I'm currently using a generic chinese PCM2704 DAC that was working without issue. The console in the web portal reads as follows:
