This is a merge of my original DSD support with code from Kimmo,
('Daphile' (www.daphile.com)), with a view to getting it tested and
asking Michael to merge it into LMS 7.8 git.
Realtime transcode DSD (DSF64, DSF128, DFF64, DFF128) -> PCM support via
dsdplay I have tested.
DoP support I'm currently unable to test. I'll privately contact the
people who I know were using DSDtoDoP to convert.
NB: Replace DSDtoDoP in custom-convert.conf with MAC specific dsdplay
recipe and '-u' option. Take a look at
-/usr/share/doc/dsdplay-0.1/custom-convert.conf-.
