Add support for ARM hard-float (Raspberry Pi, Raspbian).
Make sure we have a client before checking its revision.
Suppress duplicate Apps menu entries when a local plugin is overriding a
remote stream (eg. Podcasts).
Add hook for 3rd parties to register new device classes through a plugin.
Need to pass the force parameter to cleanup when ImageProxy is initialized.
Some clients require the file extension to recognize image requests. But
we store pre-cached images without extension. If a PNG is requested, try
without extension if we fail to find it.
