Hi Steen Could I suggest that, now you have the HDMI option in the setup, it would be a good idea to add "amixer cset numid=3 2" to the startup when you've selected HDMI. This forces alsa to output to HDMI. I find that without this, most of the time my Pi will output audio over the headphone, even though video is being output over HDMI. The opposite of this would be amixer cset numid=3 1 (headphone), or more likely amixer cset numid=3 0 (auto). Auto is the default, but I find that it doesn't always pickup HDMI, depending on the sequence I turn things on.
