Thank you John.
I made the design of the front panel with Microsoft Publisher and
printed it on a label. The label is simply glued to the front panel.
Next I just added a transparent foil over the label to protect it. It is
not the most professional way to do it but it looks fine. Maybe I'll
create a real front panel someday and have it produced by 'Schaeffer AG'
(http://www.schaeffer-ag.de/index.php?id=97&L=1). This is a German based
company but they also have an American counterpart (for those of us
living in the US).  

I made the logo with Photoshop. It uses the same font type as the
original Slimdevices logo. The downside of constructing a front panel
with Schaeffer is that I would loose the authenticity of the logo
(because they do not support that font).
