USB (UAC1&2, 3 modules in use, generic, hiface, mytek), HDMI, and SPDIF. Plus the on-board sgtl5000, for analogue out, which I'm pretty sure no-one is going to be using..... (That, I would chuck over the side of the lifeboat if it wasn't working!) The aim has to be to keep everyone on-board with their current hardware working, while moving forward, whatever they are using! Community Squeeze marines ethos.... We are not leaving anyone behind! ;)
What I have works for me. Maybe I should down tools at the point that my gear is working and not be concerned how anyone else will fair? ;) I would like a couple of weeks "grace" when the F20 image is released, to be able to work with John on moving forward with the dedicated hardware, getting the clock mux working, not to be trying to do that at the same time as dealing with a heap of, this is not working, that is not working.... It was *my* choice to push forward with a mainline kernel. It is *my* responsibility to make sure that it doesn't negatively impact people who already have a working system!
