Ah yes, although EXT3 tends to be fine for most purposes.  I'd only use
EXT4 for system or other critical drives. 

 But Paragon ExtFS does - and it's free. I may check it out and report
back.

Thanks, wasn't aware of the Paragon utility.  That could be worth
investigating.
