Yes, most times it does, but I think this might be more luck than judgement. When I was testing this, yes, most times it would create and write to a new log file, but it doesn't happen every time. Once a new log file wasn't created. Another squeezelite went 100% and didn't recover..... Belt and braces.... I f Triode could add the functionality that "forces" the creation of a new log file and re-opens it, that would be good! PS.
