That's probably a wise move, especially if you have a router with a dhcp
implementation, that whilst spec compliant, insists on giving out a new
address rather than re-issuing the existing one. I am aware of "issues",
when the wireless IP address changes and think I'm probably going to
need to add a couple of scripts that get executed when the IP changes,
to restart services that need to know it has changed.

I've spent 4 hours today trying to reproduce the "hang" that people have
seen when upgrading jivelite. A script running, that is constantly
upgrading and then downgrading jivelite, upgrading then downgrading.....
Can I reproduce the issue... I wish I could.

I think you might have that wrong way around. My expectation is that the
lua web service on port 8081 should be the faster or more responsive, than
the original Java (tomcat) version on port 8080.
