OK. albertone74 wrote: > > And yes this time I have assigned an IP static address... > That's probably a wise move, especially if you have a router with a dhcp implementation, that whilst spec compliant, insists on giving out a new address rather than re-issuing the existing one. I am aware of "issues", when the wireless IP address changes and think I'm probably going to need to add a couple of scripts that get executed when the IP changes, to restart services that need to know it has changed. I've spent 4 hours today trying to reproduce the "hang" that people have seen when upgrading jivelite. A script running, that is constantly upgrading and then downgrading jivelite, upgrading then downgrading..... Can I reproduce the issue... I wish I could. albertone74 wrote: > > By the way, I can definitely say that "http://ip_address:8080/squeeze/ > is much faster than "http://ip_address:8081"! I think you might have that wrong way around. My expectation is that the lua web service on port 8081 should be the faster or more responsive, than the original Java (tomcat) version on port 8080. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JackOfAll's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3069 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=99395 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
