Nothing to hide.... 'Building an open embedded audio applicance' (http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/twisted-pear/250583-building-open-embedded-audio-applicance.html) Guys, there is always a bigger picture to everything. The RW cape is going to be very similar (in implementation) to John's design, minus the DAC chips. It has thrown several concerns into the mix. Which was what I was going to outline in a rather long post..... Still to come. Look today, I need to spend on trying to finish what I'm trying to do with the CubieTruck. Tomorrow, is another day. A day where hopefully I can outline a plan, to support what is going on with the TP Cape, the guys that have been working on getting I2S out of the Cubietruck over on the Cubieforums, and the work I've done with drivers for the Wandboard (which should keep the DIY'ers more than happy) and moving forward with our own hardware at the same time. At the same time, while keeping on-board the "ordinary" users who do need little hand holding and are waiting for "official" CS hardware to materialise. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ JackOfAll's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3069 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=99395 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
