OK, now that dsdplay (universal) is using soxr, I'd like it to be able
to take the same '-u' options as squeezelite, to set filter, etc. etc.
What I'm most interested in at the moment is being able to '-u X', so
that if called with '-r 192000', rather than downsample the 352k8 PCM
output to 176k4, it outputs 192k, with "dsdplay -r 192000 -uX".

I would also like the PlayDSD plugin to be able to handle this, so a
user can configure the '-u' as well as the 'output DoP' option. 

Any chance of you looking at this or would you like me to do my usual,
trying to mess-up your pretty code with my butt ugly patches?
