If I power on the raspberry pi after, disconnecting from the monitors
dvi cable, the sound from the headphone jack works. I'm very impressed,
the sound is good and in sync with both my squeezebox boom and radio.
Now I'd like to:

1) Force the raspberry to use the headphone jack even when the dvi cable
is connected.
2) Try to use the monitors speakers through the dvi cable.

Unless someone wants to point me in the right direction, I'll continue
to work through this forum topic.

Thanks for the software.
