I suspect that the fmac driver will support BCM4330 chipset as-is.
Firmware (lack of) to be uploaded to the device (and chipset specific)
is likely to be the issue. I'll try and take a look over the weekend.
Might be a simple as grabbing the latest upstream WB Ubuntu software
image, seeing what they have changed/added in the brcm firmware
directory and packaging it for CS.
