When I set OMP_NUM_THREADS=1, I've never seen squeezelite use more than
10% cpu when resampling.  That's much better than 240% if I don't define
the env var.

Confirmed it only resamples streams that are not 32000,44100,48000 with
either command, but it's much cleaner without all those colons.
