I use a cheap usb dongle (zaapa) - there are many others
(http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-USB-BT400-3Mbps-Bluetooth-Dongle/dp/B00CM83SC0/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1406186757&sr=1-1&keywords=asus+usb+bt
). Some people have luck using cheap supermarket dongles. It's sort of
suck it and see.

Your debian needs to have bluetooth driver compiled in the kernel. Some
debians have it, others don't. I guess this is the first thing to
figure out. I'm not sure how to do that.

I used truehl's Squeezeplug debian on a Pi to get bt working as it has
the kernel drivers.

First off - you need to install bluetooth (if it isn't already
installed). You also need bluez-utils, bluez-alsa. alsa-utils might
also be useful.

I wrote a rough and ready guide - but not much point in linking to this
until you can confirm that the kernel has bluetooth enabled.
